Our guest on Saturday 29th August was Debbie Lee, a local resident and also the Waste Minimisation Officer for the London Borough of Havering. Debbie shared her experiences and knowledge on home composting. She highlighted the health and environmental benefits along with the pros and cons of many of different compost containers/systems and advised us what can and can’t go into a compost bin.
